Does your teenager want to go vegan?

How I can help you:

Take the challenge.

I can show you (both) what 100% protein and 100% iron looks like in a day.

Kids like a Challenge.

Check out the free download below and tell them to head to the kitchen.

This will help them to decide if they are prepared to do what it takes to eat a vegan diet.

Our relationship (yours and mine) might end here - they might decide this isn't for them just yet!

Next step - take control.

If they DO decide they can do this, then I can show you (both) how - taking the worry away and setting you (both) up to actually enjoy this trip together. I've created the course that I needed - that takes less than 60min to do.

Let's set you up for success. The internet has lots of good advice and great recipes and once you understand the key rules to follow then you can make informed decisions and choose wisely.

This is all the info I wanted / needed when my teenager went vegan.

Option: Take your time.

There is the book. It's beautiful.

It will take longer than 60min to read, but there is just something about holding a book. It has easy recipes designed for the teenage vegan to be able to make themselves.

The book - in .pdf - for all of you legends who live outside Australia. I need to get this information to you, but postage is a bitch, so there is a soft copy.

Conversation guide:

  • Is this really important to you?

  • Are you willing to try new things, and put the effort in?

  • This is a really serious undertaking and has ramifications for your physical and mental well-being if you don’t do it the right way.

  • If you are prepared to eat things like this, then I’ll support you to take the next step.

Your book has been a game changer in our household.
My daughter decided to go vegan in Grade 8, was an athlete and I was terrified I couldn’t fuel her body. I bought your book, and you set us on the path to doing it the right way. Still vegan, so thank-you!

MY APPROACH

Let them.

My teenager wanted to go vegan. I didn't say No straight away.

What followed is something I wouldn't have missed out on for the world.

Do you remember being a teenager?

No-one understood how you were feeling? More attention was on your other siblings?

I remember wanting to know why I wasn’t allowed to do something. The phrase “because I said so!” might be familiar to you. Friendships were a minefield. You didn’t feel you could talk to your parents because they were busy, and wouldn’t understand anyway – they were so old fashioned. .......and now here we are.

I wouldn’t be a teenager again if you paid me. But I am living with one. Kids these days are much braver than we were (no more sitting quietly in the corner for this generation!) and they have information coming at them from all angles.

We were excited about getting a pen that had 5 different colours!

It is really hard to impress kids these days. I found a way to impress mine.

Time to impress

If you are doing this to help a young person in your life then firstly, you are amazing and I am excited for you! You have an amazing opportunity to make an impact in their life. Secondly, your work is done! Just find a quiet corner with your someone else, sit back and watch your intention become something that will never be forgotten.

I’ve created a package that shows what you do and don’t do to be a nourished vegan. It is clear, concise and accurate (certified practicing dietitian endorsed). It is a fair bit more than just 'eat the rainbow' but that's a great start.

The internet has millions of amazing, delicious vegan recipes. I will show you how to navigate through them to understand how to put them together to get what you need to make sure your nervous system keeps working, your cells keep rejuvenating, and your brain isn’t starved. Not kidding.

What you will get:
